- Preheat the oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment butter
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and ina bowl
- In another bowl beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- Beat in egg, yolk and vanilla until blended
- Add flour mixture and beat just until combined
- Fold in snickers chunks
- Roll into 1 1/2 Inch balls, place 2 inches apart in prepared pan. Flatten tops slightly with the palm of your hand.
- Bake just until golden about 12 to 15 minutes. Do not iverbake for chewy not hard cookies. Cool in pan 4 minutes then transfer to a rack to cool compleatly
