  1. Take rice n waah it thoroughly
  2. Take a pan add oil n heat it and than add chopped and washed vegetables
  3. Stir them for 5mins on high flame
  4. Now add dry fruits
  5. Stri n cook for another 5mins on low medium flame
  6. Now add spices like salt/black pepper/chili/ garam masala n all. If u want yellow color u can add turmeric.
  7. Add lil water like 1/4cup of water stir vegetables n cover for 10 mins to raw cooked
  8. Now add washed rice
  9. Mix well and add rest amount of water and cover with lid to cook
  10. Vegetables pulao on its way ❤️
  11. Serve with curd or garnish with ghee
