- Get 2 cups basmati rice
- Take 1 big carrot chopped
- Prepare 1 medium capsicum Chopped
- Prepare 1/2 cup green peas
- Take 1 small cauliflower cut into florest
- Take 1 medium tomato
- Take 2 medium onion
- Make ready 3 green chillies
- Prepare 2 bay leaf,1 inch cinnamon stick,4green cardamom,1 black cardamom

- Get 10 garlic cloves,1inch ginger

How to make Mughlai Pulao: Grind garlic, ginger, chili powder, coriander, turmeric and cumin powder to a fine paste. Mughlai mutton pulao is a great dish to gorge on after fasting. - First wash the rice and soaked into water.meanwhile in a pan boil two cups water boil it then take the cauliflower florest,carrot and peas put into boil water and cook for 4-5 minutes.then strain and add chilled water strain again.keep aside.now in a mixer jar add whole red chilli, cinnamon stick,cloves,3 green cardamom and one black cardamom,ginger and garlic then add water and make a fine paste.
- After 30 minutes take rice in a wok add two cups of water and 2 tsp salt,green chillies and one tsp oil then boil it untill rice will be cook 80% now strain the rice and keep aside.
- In a kadhai or wok add oil heat it.add cumin seeds,bay leaf,and green cardamom saute when aroma comes add chopped onion saute untill they turn light golden brown. Now this stage add grind masala paste.cook on high flame when it release oil add tomatoes turn the flame medium.cook untill tomato become soft.now add capsicum and kasuri methi.cook one minute.then add boil Vegetables.add salt and garam masala powder.mix well add little water cooked for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add boil rice in it.mix lightly.add lemon juice mix.cover and cook for 5-6 minute on low flame.add Coriander leaves.mix again cook for one minute.turn off the flame. Serve the pulao hot.
