- This is called Tempering. Add the ghee butter to the wok when its hot add the garlic, chilli. Mustard seeds. Corriander seeds
- Add the lentil mush quickly and mix in and then add the tumeric.
- Serve hot with Basmatti rice or any other foods as a an acompanyment
