  5. Now roll the dough from one edge to another crosswise. Roll it tightly so that once it goes into the oil doesn't come apart.
  6. Now gently press & roll the dough on a plane surface to seal the edges. Now cut the roll into 1-inch coins.
  7. Then roll & press the coins just once & fry those into medium hot oil on low heat preferably. Frying on a low flame turn those chakri super crispy.
  8. Once those are golden brown,take those out from the heat & serve anytime you like. Store those in a air tight container & enjoy crispy chakri everytime.
