  5. Add the potatoes and cauliflower and mix well. Add some more salt.
  6. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally. When the potatoes are half cooked, add the chopped tomato. Mix well and cook again till the vegetables are cooked
  7. Add the kitchen king masala and salt to taste. Mix well and cook covered for a few minutes.
  8. When done, garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with rotis or some steaming hot daal rice!
