- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get For tempering
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 3 tsp curry leaves
- Prepare 1 red chilli
- Take 1 tsp oil
- Get Pinch asafoetida
Raw Mango Pakoda, mangoes in the pakodas, made with a mixture of besan with onions, grated raw mangoes and grated potatoes, give a nice chatpata sour taste to the pakodas. - Heat oil for tempering and all ingredients of tempering.Add tempering to prepared Pokoda kadhi and also at last adjust seasoning.
- Pokoda preparation: Cauliflower florets first clean with warm water with turmeric and salt. Then dry with paper towel and blend it in mixing bowl.
- With couliflower mix everything the listed ingredients and mix properly, if required add besan more and make round Pokoda balls.
- Deep fry with oil. Pokoda ready.
