Cauliflower paratha or gobi paratha is an Indian flat bread prepared with whole wheat flour and stuffed with a very delicious and spicy cauliflower stuffing. It goes well with a simple raitha or pickle.
Instructions to make Cauliflower Stuffed Paratha:
- Add all the ingredients of making the dough, and knead a soft dough using little water at a time. Rest the dough for 15 mins.
- For Stuffing, finely grate the cauliflower florets head. In a wok add oil and sauté the green chilli and add cauliflower and sauté again for few mins. Add all spices and mix well. Let it cool completely before stuffing.
- Make the lemon size balls out of the dough, roll it to 6 inches. Place spoonful of stuffing mixture in center. Close it from all sides and pack it. Dust it with some dry flour and roll it to paratha.
- Now heat a tawa, add and cook the paratha from both the sides. Grease it with ghee it butter. Serve hot with yoghurt and homemade pickles.
