  2. Get 1 bowl leftover daal
  3. Prepare 3-4 tbsp oil/ghee

Steps to make Leftover Daal Paratha:
  1. Place a wheat flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add leftover daal & pinch of salt,cumin seeds and little bit of oil and mix.
  2. Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.
  3. Cover and rest for 15-20 min to rise.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out into an oblong of 3-4 inches in diameter. Using little wheat flour for rolling.
  5. Heat tawa and place the paratha and grease oil/ghee and roast it. Turn the other side again grease oil/ghee and roast it.
  6. Ready to serve leftover daal partha with butter cubes.
